Shipping & Returns


ATTICO ORO provides free shipping on domestic orders via Australia Post. 

Processing and delivery take approximately 3-9 business days depending on your region. 

You can upgrade to Express shipping for $5 or free when you purchase 2 or more items.


Flat Rate $10.00 with express international courier. Delivery takes approximately 7 business days.


Flat Rate $25.00.

Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on location. Delivery may incur delays due to customs which is out of our control.

Please note prices are not inclusive of customs duties and taxes.

Shipping costs will not be refunded to those who refuse to pay import taxes upon the arrival of their goods resulting in their parcel being returned to sender. 

There may be delays during promotional periods, sales and over holiday seasons. 

Returns & Exchanges

Please view images carefully prior to making a purchase as vintage items may have some wear.

We offer store credit or exchange on returned items unless the item is considered faulty, in which case a refund may be granted. Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue date. Please email with your return or exchange request and we will get back to you ASAP.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return policy

- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Merchandise must be returned with a tracking number (local and international returns) as we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. 
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are approved for store credit, we will email you details of your credit note.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
